Why are there different Registration Fees?

Attendance at the 2024 ASIP Conference implies that a non-local attendee is staying at the Fairmont Austin, and not another hotel or "Off-Property". All meeting space, food and beverage, audio visual equipment, etc., is supplied by the Fairmont Austin at pre-negotiated and contracted prices reliant on hotel room usage. These negotiated numbers are used in the financial detail to determine the attendance registration fee. Not meeting this contracted hotel room usage would result in a sizeable financial penalty to the ASIP Conference that would ultimately cause a rise in Conference Registration fees to all attendees. Therefore, any non-local attendee choosing to stay at alternate hotels, or "Off-Property" will be subject to additional fees prior to the conference.

For your protection, payments cannot be taken over the phone. All payment information must be submitted either during the initial registration process or through the link provided in the attendee registration confirmation.

Confirmation

Initial confirmation sent to email address provided on registration
Confirm your email address is correct to receive confirmation and updates
"Pay by Check" registrants receive a pending confirmation. After check is processed a registration confirmation will be emailed.

Receipts

Payment receipts are emailed to the address provided during registration
Credit card payments get an emailed receipt from authorize.net
Check payment receipts will be emailed when the check is processed
To pay online later, go to your registration login provided in your confirmation email

Cancellations/No Shows

Written cancellation notice must be received before November 22, 2024 COB 5:00PM EST to qualify for a refund - (Please indicate the Conference – ASIP 2024 – and full name and company of attendee)
Cancellations received after November 22, 2024 COB 5PM EST and attendee “no-shows” are ineligible for a refund
Substitutions with registration fee transfer may be made at any time without cancellation fees
All cancellations are assessed a processing fee of $75
